Plaintiff was a forty-one-year-old man that tripped and fell on a sidewalk in front of a residential building in Brooklyn. Plaintiff required surgery of his right hand.

Plaintiff was a thirty-three-year-old woman who slipped and fell on a wet/oily stair inside of a New York City Housing Authority building in Queens. Plaintiff required surgery of the left ankle.

Plaintiff was a seventy-year-old man who slipped and fell in Manhattan due to ice on the sidewalk in front of a commercial building, suffering a left arm fracture.

Plaintiff was a thirty-four-year-old man who tripped and fell on an exterior broken step of a New York City Housing Authority building in the Bronx.  Plaintiff required a right knee surgery.

Plaintiff was a twenty-six-year-old woman who slipped and fell on an oily staircase inside of a New York City Housing Authority building in the Bronx. She required surgery of the left hip.

Y. Cordero – Plaintiff was a twenty-seven-year-old man who tripped and fell on a broken sidewalk in front of a commercial building in Queens. He required left knee surgery.
