If you're injured in an accident, the first thing you want to do is you want to pick a lawyer who specializes in accident cases. Uh, there are all different types of lawyers: you don't want to call a bankruptcy lawyer or a corporate lawyer to represent you in an accident. Even if they're the best at what they do, they probably don't know much about accident cases.

And the second thing—I might be biased, but I think you should call a smaller firm. Uh, don't be swayed by a big firm, because you will probably get lost in that big firm, and the insurance carriers don't look at big firms any different than they do smaller firms that have been around for years, like David Resnic and Associates.
