0:2424 seconds And we have that case a lot. And and usually uh obviously what we like is when it happens, one of our clients will take a photo of what caused them to
0:3232 seconds fall. And that's a great thing for the case. But if they can't, we really need to investigate. And uh in one particular
0:4040 seconds case, our client did take photos of water on the floor, but we weren't sure where the liquid was coming from. When
0:4848 seconds we went in person with her, we figured out that there was a drain several feet from where she fell, and that drain was
0:5656 seconds not working. You could see the water puddling up by the drain. Uh, and that made the case much easier for us to recover a lot of money for her.
