But remember, when you get up, see where it came from. Sometimes there could be water on the floor, and you realize the water is coming from a freezer that's broken. Sometimes it's coming directly above you from a ceiling. But sometimes it's coming from a freezer, sometimes it's coming from a refrigerator, sometimes it's coming from a bottle 15 feet down that was dropped and there's a track of water all the way from that bottle all the way to where you fell. Take a picture of where the water was coming from. It's important to document that right there; we'll never be able to document the next day when we go back.\n\nDavid Resnick: The other thing you should do is see if there are any witnesses around. Right away, ask for names and numbers if people are willing to help.
