David Resnick

David Resnick began his law career working at large firms where the objective was to spend as little time as possible actually speaking to clients. He saw that clients deserved more time and attention, however, and an attorney who truly cared about their case. Armed with nothing more than a firm belief in client communication, he started his own practice in a tiny office in his apartment. His wife, a student at the time, helped out by answering phones in between classes. Today, his dream of providing personal care to accident and injury victims has expanded into a successful practice in midtown Manhattan.

As the firm has grown and additional attorneys have joined the team, David Resnick’s commitment has never changed. He values his clients and he believes in frequent communication to ensure the best results for every case. He handles firm inquiries directly and often visits clients in their homes.

David Resnick is devoted to his own family, and he understands that clients and their loved ones need help to rebuild their lives after a traumatic accident. He and his staff are dedicated to obtaining the best possible resolution for injury victims and their families.
